As of June 2020, we have launched a new client portal, powered by EzyVet!
What can be done through our new client portal?
The client portal, powered by Ezyvet, is a free service that allows you to access your pet's medical file and much more! With the new portal you can:
- Schedule appointments directly onto our schedule.
- View and pay for invoices online.
- Manage your contact information and reminder preferences.
- View and manage your pet's information and medical history.
- View and print your pet's vaccine status.
- View and download lab results and other documents we share with you.
- Request prescription refills.
Instructions for new users:
1.) If this is the first time you have utilized our new portal, you will need to register for an account.
2.A) For existing clients, please use the primary email address that we have used for previous reminders. Doing so will help to ensure that the system correctly associates your account with the one we have one file for you. One registered, the system may ask you to confirm your email before fully logging in. After logging in, you should see all of your pet's information and billing history. If you do not, or the systems as you to create your pets, it likely has created a brand new account for you. If this happens, please contact the front desk as we can help merge the two accounts and update your login information.
2.B) For new clients, this system will walk you through entering your personal information and creating files for each of your pets.
3.) One logged in, you will have access to all of the features above. Please be aware that we are still in the process of tracking down information that may not have converted over correctly from our prior management software. If you find information that appears to be incorrect and are unable to correct it yourself, please contact our front desk for further assistance. Availability for E-booking is limited at this time to 3 to 4 weeks into the future due to changes in our doctor availability. In the near future, you will be able to book appointments further out into the future.
4.) If you would like to create separate logins for other emails you have, please contact our receptionist team and we can assist in creating those accounts.
